What We’re Looking For

We publish original, step-by-step troubleshooting and repair guides for everyday consumers. Topics include:

  • Appliances — washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, dryers, ovens
  • Smart Home Devices — Amazon Echo, Google Nest, smart plugs, doorbells
  • Printers & Office Equipment — error codes, paper jams, connectivity issues
  • Software Errors — Windows, macOS, Android, iOS error codes

Our Standards

  • Original content only. No AI-generated or previously published articles.
  • Accurate and tested. Steps must work. Research thoroughly.
  • Plain English. Write for someone attempting a repair for the first time.
  • Full structure. Introduction, steps, summary table, and FAQ required.
  • Images welcome. Original images strongly preferred.

Compensation

We offer a competitive flat fee per accepted article, paid within 7 working days of publication. Contributors receive a full author byline with links to their profiles.

How to Pitch
